Make use of Namespaces

We should keep the wiki "internal" stuff apart from the "public" information. I just created some pages as a base for this and moved another to the project namespace. I'll be adding to that, but you're welcome to jump in.

Photo of the week archive

I plan on adding a photo of the week archive page and also change the way the POTW it's inserted on the Main Page.

I've added the Cite php extension, now we can use footnotes the same way it's used at Wikipedia.

Manuals and Tutorials

This page is maybe the 1st one someone would look at after finding this wiki. But there's almost no link to the wiki tutorials on it. However, this page is already very long and bloated with titles and sub-titles. I wonder if there may be a better way to organise that.
Ideas anyone? Maybe only keep a title per software, that would link to a dedicated page where one could find the tutorials and other resources?
